Hello, My name is Thad Baker. Thank you for visiting my personal page. I am looking for a permanent position in the IT field where I can utilize my skills and knowledge of all things IT. I have over 20 years of personal and professional experience with a lifetime passion for technology. I have proven skills that will make a positive impact on any type of organization or company. My professional experience includes working in extremely large and small companies, allowing me to work in both technical and non-technical environments. I graduated in 2014 from Baker College with Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology: IT Support Specialist. I began working in the computer field a little over 16 years ago at Sparton Electronics in Jackson, MI as Computer Support Specialist. In 2003 Sparton Electronics downsized the workforce, I started my own computer repair business called Baker Computer Consulting, LLC. That same year I also began working at Mr. M’s Pizza and Grinders as a Manager in Eaton Rapids, MI. I was employed as a contract employee for Jackson National Life Insurance as a Service Desk Analyst. More recently I was employed with Viking Group Inc. as a PC Support Specialist. So, if you are seeking a professional experienced in troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance for various desktop operations, along with excellent people and problem solving skills that also possess a unique talent for delivering highly complex technical information into terms and concepts that end users can readily grasp, then I am the candidate that can fulfill those needs.
